Training Location: Beside Boku mart, Okunola bus-stop, Egbeda, Lagos state, Nigeria

Duration: 3 Weeks, 3hrs, 4 times a week

Course Outline:

  • Foundations: Kitchen safety, knife skills, food hygiene and recipe reading.

  • Basic Cooking & Baking: Stocks, sauces, basic hot/cold dishes, bread and foundational pastries.

  • Catering Systems: Bulk production, menu costing, plated service and buffet planning.

  • Advanced Pastry & Finishing: Entremets, laminated dough, temperature control and decorative techniques.

  • Event Kitchen Management: Staffing, flow, equipment use, HACCP and service execution.

  • Practical Kitchen Service & Assessment: Real event run, plating consistency and timed practical exam.
    Outcome: Cook, pastry chef, catering manager, small-batch bakery owner.
