Course Duration: 8 weeks, 3 hrs, 3 times a week

- Core Local Dishes: Preparation of popular Nigerian and African meals including soups, stews, rice dishes, grills, swallows, breakfast options, and high-demand everyday foods.
- Continental & Specialty Meals: Pasta dishes, seafood, pastries, snacks, small chops, and buffet-style recipes to expand menu variety and attract premium customers.
- Bulk Cooking & Catering Production: Batch cooking techniques, portion control, food tray setup, packaging, presentation, and managing large orders and events efficiently.
- Food Costing & Profit Planning: Ingredient costing, budgeting, pricing strategies, inventory control, waste reduction, and menu planning for maximum profit.
- Customer Service & Marketing: Client relations, branding, packaging design, social media promotion, online sales, and business setup strategies for launching and growing a food enterprise.
